GreyMatters consider that new pre-assignment work is of equal importance to the actual assignment itself. Our role is to fully understand the nuances of the client company who are searching for very top-level executive candidates, and match the job specification with the ideal person or persons.

Apart from a candidate meeting the required job specification, their ability to integrate into the new organisation from a personal and social perspective is an integral part of our selection procedure.
